Mark Nightingale - Safety & Stillness

Exeter based singer songwriter Mark Nightingale briefed Peter Norris Design back in October to create some artwork for his upcoming new album 'Safety & Stillness'. He wanted to create a rustic, authentic feel to his album, to suggest something of deeper substance and creativity lying within the physical CD case itself.

I designed an earthy, eroded cover that is consistent throughout the artwork. This is complimented with 'floral growth' vectors with similar colours so not to over power the artwork but to give a delicate finishing touch to the album.

The finished article arrived a couple of weeks ago and myself and Mark are very proud of the end result.
